Account Verification

Please, find the list of documents you need to provide in order to complete your account verification:

The verification is processed within two business days from the date documents are sent.

1. A copy of ID card or passport with a photo of the User's account.
(passport or identity card)

2. A copy of a recent utility bill matching the recorded address on the User's account.
(less than three months)

3. A copy front and back of all credit cards used to make a deposit (or a screenshot of your Skrill / Neteller account or another alternative deposit method).

- front: hiding the 4 digits in the middle
- back: hiding the security code

4. your bank details if you require withdrawal through bank transfer (official bank statement needed)
